Use a soft tape measure, with your dog standing.

• Neck: measure around the base of the neck, where a collar sits.

• Chest: measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

• Back length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

We deliver to UK addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

• Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.95 on orders under £35, free on orders of £35 and over (after discounts).

• Your order ships from our partner warehouses in China, tracked to your door. We pass it to the warehouse within 1–2 working days.

• Most orders arrive in 6–12 working days from the day you order. Around Black Friday and in December, please allow up to 15 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

• If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

• Prices include UK VAT. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Before you send anything back, please message us through the form on our Contact page (parkypup.com/contact) with your order number. We'll reply with your return instructions and the return address.

• Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage.

• Wrong size? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send the other size free (one swap per order).

• Faulty, damaged or not as described? Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund, and we pay all return costs.

• Christmas returns: items bought between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Sealed hygiene items (such as grooming tools or chew toys) can't be returned for change of mind once opened. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
